Log Saw Blades
Log Saw Blades for Tissue & Paper Converting
Blade Structure & Cutting Technology
Blade Material Options
- DIN 1.2379 / D2 tool steel The most widely used material for tissue log saw blades. Offers excellent wear resistance, stable cutting performance, and long service life. Suitable for the majority of standard tissue cutting applications.
- DIN 1.3343 / M2 (High-Speed Steel) Optional material for special cutting conditions. Provides higher hot hardness and edge retention, but is less commonly used due to higher material cost.
